18 Weeks and 4 Days - 4th Prenatal Visit

So I had my 4th prenatal visit this morning. It is my last one on Tuesdays, I will be switching to Wednesdays now. Everything went great. I am finally in the "normal" weight range THANK GOD. I have not gain much at all the last 3 months so that has saved me! My blood pressure was good, sugar levels were good.. everything was great! Got to hear Baby's heartbeat again.. 144bpm, the same as last time. The baby is sitting a lot higher now. Before it was below my belly button now about 1.5inches above!!! Told the Doctor about my stuffy noses with bloody boogies and he said all was normal. Also mentioned the bad leg cramps I have been having at night and he said to make sure to stretch before and after I go to bed. All in all everything went well. My next visit is on August 25th. Friday we have our Sonogram to find out if its a BOY or GIRL!!!!! Oh totally forgot, had blood work done, it will be back by my next visit to determine if the baby has down syndrome and such! I am so glad they do that test! Anyways that is all :)   xoxo
